Privacy Policy — My Coaching Voice

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information My Coaching Voice ("the Service") collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials.
• Business/voice profile information: business name, described voice and tone, ideal client description, personal story angles you choose to share, program names, testimonial preferences, accent color, and other brand settings you enter.
• Photos you upload: including any personal photo used for lead magnet title pages.
• Generated content: the emails, graphics, and guides the Service creates on your behalf, and the inputs you provide to generate them (monthly themes, weekly angles, offer details, etc.).
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as login activity and general usage of the Service, used for support and improving the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Operate and provide the Service, including generating your content
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Provide customer support
• Improve and maintain the Service

We do not sell your personal information or your business/voice profile data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

The Service relies on the following providers to operate, and relevant data is shared with them only as needed to provide the Service:

• Anthropic (Claude API): your content-generation inputs (voice profile, themes, offer details, etc.) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your content. This data is processed according to Anthropic's own data handling practices for API usage.
• Supabase: hosts our application database and file storage, including your profile information and uploaded photos.
• Stripe: processes subscription payments. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
• htmlcsstoimage.com: renders your graphics and lead magnet PDFs; brand details needed to render your content (colors, text, business name) are sent to this service as part of that process.

5. Data Isolation Between Coaches

Your business/voice profile, uploaded photos, and generated content are associated only with your own account and are not visible to or shared with other coaches using the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data so that it is there if you choose to reactivate. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9), and we will delete it within a reasonable time.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by adult coaches operating a business and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.

9. Your Rights and Contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at meredith.mcafee@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
